Claudia Rae Designs
accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,
Discover or American Express) and debit cards processed
through PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal
account. However if you do have an account you can login
when you are redirected from our site.

Please Note: The
store's shopping cart system utilizes pop-up windows. If you
have a pop-up blocker installed, please turn it off
temporarily in order to make a purchase.

Money orders or
personal checks are excepted. If you wish to send a
personal check, please allow 4 days for check to clear
before your order will be shipped. Please email us the item
number, price and description of the handbag (s) or
accessories you would like to order. We will confirm your
order and provide you a mailing address to send your
payment.

We have made shopping
at Claudia Rae Designs easy, simply click the "add to cart"
on the page of the item you wish to purchase. Each add to
cart option will direct you to PayPals ordering page. You
can check out at that time or continue shopping. Once you
have completed your order you can view cart and begin check
out through PayPal.

Customers
*International customers please email us
your order. Include your item #, description and price. We
will confirm the total cost of your order with S&H by email,
where then you may choose to send a money order to our
mailing address provided at that time.

We ship our products
through USPS. An order/delivery confirmation number will be
emailed to you once your order and payment are received. We
can not be held responsible for packages that may get lost
or damaged. Please include in the comment box if you would
like to add insurance to your shipping cost.
Return Policy

Our handbags are
carefully inspected for quality assurance. However, all of
our designs are handmade, so if stitchings have swayed or
seams do not quite line up, this would not affect the
quality or integrity of the item. Minor imperfections are
the anatomy of handcrafted items. If for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange your item
within 7 days from the point it was received. All shipping
costs incurred from returns will be the buyers
responsibility. We will be glad to answer any questions,
address any concerns, or provide more information about any
product so please email us before ordering, we will be happy
to help you!
Washing & Care

We recommend
spot cleaning or dry cleaning on all or our products.
Applying a Scotch Guard to your bag before using is highly
recommended. Please, do not machine wash our handbags as
most bags have delicate trims and adornments that will come
apart in a wash. We can not be held responsible for damage
due to ordinary wear and tear.

unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return the
unused bag within 7 days and I will gladly provide you a full
refund
(minus the cost of shipping)
or exchange it for another bag (in this case shipping is
waived).
If you need to return a bag that has been used please email me
the situation.
